How long will my order take?

All my products are handmade to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for all items listed on my website to be made, bespoke orders will take longer. It will then be posted or ready for collection or local delivery whichever you require.

How do I place a bespoke order?

If you want to place a bespoke order such as one of my personalised keepsake cards, a one-off design for a special occasion or wedding or party stationary, please drop me a message via the contact page or via facebook (quickest response) or instagram. I can then discuss your requirements. Bespoke order turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks, this can be longer during busy periods.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes I do! If you live within a 5 mile radius of WV9 5AJ there is a £2 delivery charge. Select local delivery at checkout.

Can I collect?

Yes, collection is from Coven, WV9 5AJ. Select collection option at checkout.

UK Postage

Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to the current Covid19 Pandemic and deliveries can take a little longer to arrive, please take this into account when placing an order.

All orders are now sent 1st class royal mail delivery. Orders are dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed.

If your order does not arrive within 21 days of the order being placed please let me know so we can check the details and investigate
Your order will not be considered missing until 21 days have passed.
Any missing orders must be reported within 21 days.

How much is UK postage?

I try to keep the cost of my handmade lovelies as affordable as possible so the Postage and Packaging you pay will also only be what it costs me to package and post to you. This cost is dependent on the value of your order. All items are now sent 1st class only.

Total order - Up to £10 - £3 P&P

Total order - over £10 - £5 P&P

International Postage

I can send items internationally, please contact me direct for a postage cost.

Gift Notes

Can I send a gift note with my order?

To add a personalised gift card message with your order simply add the message to the 'add note' section at checkout and I will add it to you order.

Do you accept returns?

For personalised products I cannot offer a return unless a mistake has been made by me.
If you order does not arrive within 21 days please let me know so I can investigate.
